Description
The wok from the BALLARINI Alba series is ideally suited for preparing various large-sized foods. Cooking with this pan is a pure pleasure thanks to its elegant design.
Measuring 30cm in diameter, this round aluminium wok is equipped with a stainless steel handle which remains cool to the touch while cooking and is ovenproof up to 250c. It is scratch-resistant and also completely PTFE and PFOA-free and exceptionally long lasting. At same time, the Innovative nonstick coating is reinforced with titanium for unsurpassed durability.
The wok is perfect for traditional wok vegetables and for frying. But the round all-rounder has many talents and will also impress you with its skills in steaming, deep-frying, smoking and blanching.
Developed by BALLARINI, the special induction base distributes heat quickly and evenly. Perfect for all hobs, including induction.
