Bread/Meat carverI’ve been using a number of other knives for slicing my homemade bread and roasts but never been completely happy with any of them. My new Zwilling/Henckels Twin Master Knife has proven to be the perfect answer to my needs. It’s long enough and sharp enough to breeze through the toughest crust on my bread. It glides through all kinds of roasted meat that in the past would have Ben torn apart by my old knives, leaving beautiful slices. Whats not to love!
