A skimming ladle is the perfect kitchen gadget from draining excess fat or starch. The skimming ladle sits particularly well in the hand and generous loop in the handle means that it hangs on a wide range of hooks. The shallow ladle also allows you to easily remove food even from the bottom of the saucepan and liquid drains particularly well through the large apertures. Once you’re finished using the cooking utensil, simply pop it in the dishwasher and hang it on the rail as a kitchen design highlight.

This skimming ladle is a high quality product, that skims fat, takes out unwanted debris or food, and also works with removing food from fryers so the oil goes through the holes. This skimmer skims the fat off the top of your soups, and even works great sieving liquid, to catch any unwanted bits. Another good use is when you make jam, this can skim a lot of unwanted seeds, stems and other debris that happened to get in your berries. Overall this is an excellent skimming ladle.

I personally owned a great selections of kitchen tools for years, it is certainly enjoyable partner in cooking. This new Zwilling Pro Skimming handle is comfortable in my hands, easy grip, manufactured with scratch free 18/10 stainless steel handle and provides high temperature resistance. It's great for skimming, scooping, perfect for deep frying it'll drain excess fat and liquid through the large apertures.
This skimmer is durable, lightweight and less fatigue because it contours to my hand and contours to all my Zwilling cookware.

This ladle is not just for removing larger foods from deep-fat fryers and saucepans, it is perfect to lift heavier items out of a sauce - think meatballs or short ribs. There is little flexibility in the stem of the handle so nothing will fall off. Love the length of the handle, can get down into deep stock pots. Clean up is easy -dishwasher safe.

Top Quality Stainless Steel
Great quality, light weight construction stainless steel skimmer. Comfortable to hold, perfect for removing pasta from boiling water allowing you to reserve the pasta water. I also like to use it when making stock or to strain browned meats. Looks like new whether you wash by hand or in the dishwasher.

I use this skimming ladle specifically for German spaetzle my mom taught me to make. It drains them perfectly from the water where they boil, to then place in the next pot where we cook with lentils. I love this one, as the brushed stainless steel is such a nice, updated version from my old tools. I am slowly collecting them, as I love the look, the form and their function. The also hang on your wall grid or hooks next to the stove.

Gotta be one of the best skimmers around
This skimmer is not only functional, its beautiful. Well designed angled handle. And a properly portioned bowl. Its really a hybrid between a skimmer and a slotted ladle. Brilliant! Gets peas out of a pots, and dumplings (and ravioli and tortellini) out of hot water. All stainless steel design makes this an obvious choice for deep frying.

Nice skimming ladle
Great tool to use for deep frying, gnocchi pasta, etc. especially since it will drain excess water, grease back into the pot. Well made with it being stainless steel, easy to clean and can be put in the dishwasher.
