Rated 5 out of 5 by from Always happy with Henckels. Top notch steel, handle, fit and finish. Very happy with purchase. Two home cooks in the house and we’re happy to have it. Maybe if I had to do it again I might have spent $10 more for the four star. Love our Henckels. We have the Pro 9 piece set too. When you order Henckels you watch the Package Tracking and wait as if Christmas is coming!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It looks like a homesteader tool to me. I haven't used it yet or opened the packaging, but it arrived in good condition. It seems like it would be a good homesteader tool if you lived in a remote part of Idaho or Montana and had to process your own farm animals. As far as cleaning Zwilling knives, I would caution anyone if you got too close to the edge of the blade while cleaning. I cut myself on my 4 star chef knife the other day and had to get my right index finger medical super glued. So, I might use a knife cutting glove for protection. I am surprised that Zwilling doesn't sell metal fiber knife gloves for people who occasionally get an attention lapse or for self insurance. You can buy generic ones on Amazon for people who process their own fish, but I doubt that they would protect you from the meat cleaver. For the meat cleaver you would need to find an armor hand protector from the middle ages which would probably be on display in one of those castles somewhere in Europe. If the Zwillling group could make an armor glove for your hand made out of butcher block wood that would protect you blade and your hand. I might have to look up the local codes in my area to see if I can raise chickens or turkeys now that I have this cleaver, but if I decided to become a vegetarian it would probably cut through hard winter squash or extra firm tofu or walnuts and chestnuts just fine too.

I have an 18pc Pro S series knife block and need a cleaver.  Will this Cleaver fit in the block or is there another one that was made for that series?

We do not have a cleaver specific to the Professional "S" line, but most of our knife blocks cannot accomodate cleavers.

this knife can cleaver big pork and chicken bone?

This cleaver can cut through chicken and other poultry bones, though it is not recommended for thicker bones like pork, beef, or lamb.
