This 2-piece carving set makes serving and slicing meat effortless and easy. The slicing knife blade precisely cuts through meat while the carving fork provides stability and security while holding the meat in place. Carve roast turkey, slice baked ham, and cut filet mignon into succulent slices.
ZWILLING Pro boasts a unique curved bolster that acts as an extension of the hand, supporting the professional pinch grip, with thumb and index finger on the blade, for safe cutting and less fatigue. The blade was designed with a broad curve in the front to facilitate the rocking motion of Western cutting, while the straight back is ideal for the chopping motion Japanese knives were designed for. The full length of the blade can be used when cutting and can be sharpened from bolster to tip.

Cook and carve like a pro with Pro
Nothing worse than working all day to get that Turkey and all the fixings just the way you want them , bring them to the table and realize you will need to use any old kitchen knife and a big serving fork... really takes the wow out of the prep! I learned my lesson, after that thanksgiving boo boo, I raced out get a carving set. I realized that it should be a good quality set because it will have to last and look good thru decades of holiday meals. Amongst all of the mediocre sets out there I was so happy to find a good quality set for much less than I thought I would have to pay. Zwilling is synonymous with quality so I feel very lucky and proud to have this set in my serving drawer!

Too useful to save for the Holidays
I love carving sets. I pull mine out for a simple roast chicken on an average day in an average week. There is a reason we have carving sets. They work! And this gift-worthy set is a keeper. It is made with one of Zwilling’s best quality steels so it will hold its edge as well as stand up to a lifetime of use. The innovative angled bolster is easy to grip, keeping the thumb and forefinger in the correct position for maximum control.

Perfect for Thanksgiving
Thanksgiving is a time when we think to carve meat at the table and there would be nothing more embarrassing than to have everyone looking at you and you can't get through the turkey because the utensils you're using don't "cut" it.You'll never have that problem with this set and you'll find yourself figuring out other times to carve a roast, whether it be prime rib or a whole ham, at the table.

I love everything about the Pro line. This set is exceptional for carving roasts. I use it every Holiday without fail and then some.
It is weighted perfectly and the handle is comfortable to hold. I've had this knife for years, and have not needed to sharpen yet. Great quality, great line.

This belongs on any table where meat is being served, and not only for Thanksgiving or Christmas tables! The carving knife glides through the meat and the fork is a beautiful way to pick up and serve to plate. The Pro series is top notch from Zwilling; with German steel and German made, you can't get any better than this line!

Bring on the Roast Beef
Pro knives are the top of the line German knives Zwilling makes. They are made from German Special Formula Steel and are fully forged. They are Ice-hardened which allows the blade to stay sharper longer. The curved bolster give you extra holding power when slicing through a big roast or turkey.
