Stopped working in less than a month
This blender is sleek and looks great on the counter. When it worked, I was very pleased with it. The container and lid are well designed and great for on the go. Unfortunately, the blender entirely stopped working after about 3 weeks and 12-15 smoothies. Given that short life and unreliability, I wanted to return it for a refund. It was considered "used" so could only return it and wait for a replacement. I am sick and was using the smoothies to improve my nutrition and hydration. Waiting on Zwilling seems ridiculous at this point. Note that if you purchase this, try it and find it not well suited to your needs or broken, you cannot return it for a refund.

Really like the unit - Major flaw in its design
This seems to be an issue that will continue with others until Zwilling corrects the flaw. I really like the unit and the only reason that I'm giving it a 1-2 star is to get a response from Zwilling. I have a Vita-Mix S55 at my home in the US which is no longer in production. I wanted something similar for my place in Whistler Canada for making protein shakes and smoothies. I'd seen this unit a number of times during visits to Williams-Sonoma and bought one at their Vancouver location a few weeks back. I like my protein shakes thick and cold. I use frozen fruit instead of ice cubes. What I immediately noticed is that when the ingredients break down and thicken up the container wants to unscrew from the blade base. This happened a few times and I caught it each time after the first spill. What I found was that the blades spin in the same direction as the container unscrews from the blade-base. No matter how tight I screw the blade-base on, the thickened and cold ingredients cling to the inside walls of the container and spin it off the blade-base. This could easily be rectified by reversing the polarity direction (spin) of the motor to spin in the opposite direction and reversing the cutting edges of the blades to match direction so that the ingredients spin in that direction as well. Redesigning this one issue would assure that it would never come undone.

Personal Best
Realizing I had become addicted to my daily smoothie, the boyfriend decided to equip his bachelor kitchen with this personal blender. The serrated blade efficiently crushes ice and smooths frozen fruit and leafy greens. And I love the convenience of the to-go container with drinking lid.

Enfinigy Personal Blender
I've been holding back on giving this review because I questioned the build quality. Yesterday, my suspicions were confirmed.
Before I first bought the blender, I wasn't thrilled with the design. Specifically, the inability to add items while it's blending. I worked around this by being dogmatic about quantities of ingredients I used. This proved useful.
While using this blender daily, I experienced the before mentioned design flaw of the blades unscrewing the cup. Luckily, I learned to watch it closely and saved myself from cleaning up a huge mess.
After a few months of ownership, I began questioning the build quality. Mainly, the cup. To date, additional cups are not available. I find this inexcusable. I see no reason but lack of profit margins to not offer replacement cups.
Finally, yesterday, this blender met it's demise. Attempting to make my morning smoothie with all the same ingredients and same quantities, the blades would not turn. The machine buzzed. Nothing happened. Then lights out. Dead. Not sure if an internal fuse blew but there's no way to tell. You cannot open it to check. No way for end-users to service.
After 5.5 months of use - It's now an expensive doorstop.
Not a fan and now puts a sour taste in my mouth for ZWILLING in general.

Product Description/specifications misleading
I ordered the Enfinigy Personal blender as I have been looking for a personal blender for my hot beverages. The description on the web site states that the jar is heat & cold resistant. On the Sur La Table website, the description states that is it good for "healthy soup". When I opened up the box. it clearly states on the Tritan jar that it is not to be used for hot beverages, consequently I will be returning the item as it does not meet my expectations based on product information.

Can this blender be used with hot water to make a matcha?
Hi rachnewman, Thank you for your question! We recommend always mixing the dry ingredients in combination with liquids. We do not recommend pouring hot ingredients or hot water into the Personal Blender.

Chipping after use where the cup and the base connects. What happened?
