STAUB rectangular stoneware bakers gently retain heat and won't absorb moisture, producing a delicious result for all of your favorite recipes. Both dishes are ideal for lasagna, casseroles, and desserts, as well as roasted meats and vegetables, and they transition beautifully from oven to table. Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent Four Piece Baking Set Excellent four piece baking set comprising of two round bowls (~6”dia.), one small rectangular baking dish (~8”x6”; without handles), and one medium rectangular baking dish (~10.5”x8”; without handles). Material for all the dishes and bowls is fairly sturdy with good glazing on all the pieces except for a small bubble on the small rectangular baking dish. Glazing colouring is otherwise consistent for the interior and exterior surfaces. Perfect sizing for use for meals two persons or several side dishes.

Right off hand, the quality is superior compared to the brand mentioned previously. It does not appear to stain, nor chip easily. This set is something that will outlive me (I am 43). The only disappointment so far is the size, I should have checked the dimensions but still would have purchased them regardless.
