Don't waste your money
I've had this dutch oven for a couple years and use it at Thanksgiving to bake and serve stuffing, it's adorable. It is hand washed and stored in my cabinet the rest of the year. When I pulled it out this year the paint was chipping, a LOT. I contacted customer service and was told "After review, we would like to inform you that this type of damage is not covered under warranty, as it does not affect the functionality or performance of the cocotte." I suppose it is still functional, as long as we don't mind a little paint in our food. Terrible product and warranty.

Disappointed
There are several areas on the handles that did not get the proper enameling. The are also pinhole spots on the outer enameling. I have 4 other Staub enameled cast iron pieces and they are perfectly finished. I also have some ceramic pieces, and they are finished perfectly. When I purchase a Staub product I expect the finish to be perfect.

Did not receive what I ordered
Never received the pumpkin Dutch oven I ordered; however received a pink wok type pan. Ordered placed in mid September and after several calls finally received a return form to return what I did not order. Could not receive the pumpkin Dutch oven until pink pan returned. I finally cancelled the order and still awaiting my refund. Horrible customer service!
