Staub Cast Iron 3.5-qt Braiser - Graphite Grey is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 13.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome Braiser I just received this braiser in graphite grey purchased from Williams Sonoma. I already own four other enameled cast iron products from Staub as well as several others made by Le Creuset and like both brands for their excellent quality, performance, and craftsmanship. I did not have a need for another braiser, but what caught my eye was the difference in the handle design. This is the only reason I made the purchase. I highly prefer this handle design over Staub's normal design and Le Creuset's signature series design. I think this handle design is not only superior aesthetically but functionally as well. I only wish my other Staub products had the same handles. Staub hit a home run with this one by taking their already well crafted products and elevating it to another level. I hope you switch to this design because I believe this to be another competitive advantage for your products. My only gripe now is this new braiser makes my older Staub products appear inferior.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great cooking tool It's a wonderful braiser for cuts that need long cooking (shanks, oxtail), also great for making some succulent meatballs. It works well together with 11" ceramic press to fry a butterflied chicken. Overall, it's a nice versatile pan that is very worth of it's price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Don't crowd the pot! I love this braiser and use it 3-4 times a week. Very versatile and well worth the investment. I cook lots of vegetables and meats and get them nice and crispy and perfectly cooked once I learned to not over fill the braiser. It can hold quite a bit!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Makes every dish delicious I have not had a bad meal in this pan. Everything I make in it comes out better than expected and even my kids can't complain. LOVE that I can sear on the stove, roast in the oven and put on the table all in one pot.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 3.5 qt Braising Pan I bought an imperfect pan from Staub site, at a third the price. One minor blemish in finish on the bottom - otherwise perfect. Speaks volumes to Staubs quality control and standards. Cooks excellent and has become my go to pan - preferred over my LC dutch and All Clad pans.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A MUST HAVE TOOL The Staub 3.75 braiser is a work of art and science. The dome lid helps in cooking tough cuts of meat until it is fall of the bone. One pot dinners for 2 no problem, small casseroles no problem....BUY THIS BRAISER

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Superior quality I am so in love with my new roaster! I still have yet to find any flaws, and that’s okay with me. Don’t hesitate if you’re worried about less than perfect, trust me, you won’t notice anything!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it! Love it! I use it ALL THE TIME! I purchased it to replace my Emeril enameled cast iron braising pan. I've been very impressed with the customer service and products from Zwilling.
