Rated 5 out of 5 by from Highly recommend for everyday use. Truly the “daily” pan. I literally use it each time I cook. The sides are tall and helpful for one dish meals, but low enough to be able to fry an egg with. The pan is fairly heavy, but not enough that it’s too heavy to hold one-handed. Everything cooks evenly and does not ever require much more than medium heat to get a great sear. I am very pleased with this purchase! My only regret is buying it a week before it went on sale—haha. But absolutely worth full price.

The pictures of the blue pan seem to show both a black & white interior (which is it)?  Also I need to know the bottom diameter (need 5-6” minimum to work on my induction).
