Nice sharp knives
This set was purchased to replace some cheap steak knives that rust too easily. These knives have a nice polished finish with a sharp serrated type edge. I left one of these knives in water for a couple days which would rust my old knives and this polished stainless finish was great! No rusting at all! I haven't used these knives in meat yet but cutting an apple was not as easy as I expected. While the edge is sharp, the teeth grab making it a bit more difficult to slice an apple. Not really a bad thing, just different in how to cut. Overall, these knives are a considerable improvement from what I had before and I expect them to last a long time!

Perfect Steak Knife
Some steak knives are too heavy & bulky, while others are flimsy ….. not these. They are perfect! Well balanced! I love the fact that they are serrated because sharpening knives is not my
thing. You won’t be disappointed,

Cut like a knife
We received these knives as a Christmas gift. I explained to my mom all that I wanted was a serrated knife that works. Trying to teach my teenage son how to actually cut a piece of steak instead of tearing through it. These work! they even cut tomatoes without problem. The last ones that I owned I said many times I thought they were made for people that were left-handed. It just seemed as if they only cut on one side of the knife. Horrible. So far after two days of use I can actually say I'm very pleased with this set of knives.

BEST STEAK KNIVES I'VE EVER PURCHASED!
These are by far the beat steak knives I have ever had. The weight of the knives are perfect. Fits well in your hand! Will buy again if needed.....but I think I'll have these for a while!

Stay Sharp
This is the second set of knives I have bought. The first one was a wedding gift in 1992. They last forever and stay sharp! I even washed them in the dishwasher too!

The blade is 0.8" wide X 4.5" long. The length is measured from handle to tip of the blade.
