RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Engraved knives are final sale.
Returns/exchanges are not accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect item or engraving submitted by the customer
If Zwilling makes an engraving error or the item arrives damaged in transit please contact us immediately. A full refund will be issued upon return (we do not re-engrave or exchange).
Shipping damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
WARRANTY COVERAGE:
Engraved knives are covered under Zwilling's limited lifetime warranty.
Covered:
- Structural or functional defects (blade, handle, rivets)
- Manufacturing flaws under normal household use
Not covered:
- Cosmetic issues (e.g., fading or wear of engraving, dulling blades)
- Customer-submitted engraving errors
- Damage from misuse, improper storage
If approved for warranty, the knife will be replaced without engraving.

- Your order number
- Clear photos of the knife and issue
- Description of the problem
Approved claims will result in either:
- A refund (for Zwilling engraving/order errors), or
- A plain replacement knife (no engraving) for warranty defects

We’re unable to accept returns or provide refunds for errors submitted by the customer.
