Both pans are part of the Alu Pro 5 line, featuring the same cold-forged aluminum core for fast, even heat distribution and the 5-layer Ti-X nonstick system with a durable protective primer. The key difference lies in the type of coating: the Wok utilizes Demeyere’s Ceraforce Ultra ceramic nonstick, which is PFAS-, PFOA-, PTFE-, lead-, and cadmium-free and highly scratch-resistant, whereas the Nonstick Perfect Pan uses a traditional PTFE-based coating for a classic nonstick finish.
