The pastry brush from the BALLARINI Rosso range is sure to become your favourite kitchen gadget. Whether for greasing baking tins or marinating vegetables, fish and meat – the brush spreads “amore” on any cooker and work surface. The tapered silicone bristles of the pastry brush are particularly gentle on coatings and help to protect them from scratches. The length of the bristles prevents irritating fat splashes when greasing and marinating. The silicone brush also doesn’t fall to pieces when performing your culinary skills. And that’s a good thing too! Brushes with natural bristles lose bristles over time, which can end up in your baking tin or icing. This doesn’t happen with brushes with silicone bristles. The food safe bristles of the pastry brush are also heat resistant up to 230 °C. Another extremely useful feature: The silicone pastry brush is dishwasher safe. The bright red brush is a real eye-catcher. When not in use, it looks great as a decorative element on your kitchen rail. It can be hung up easily thanks to the hanging hole on the end of the handle. The ergonomic design and attractive appearance were created by the design studio Matteo Thun & Antonio Rodriguez from Milan.

Excellent construction with long, sturdy handles perfect for any cookware, but especially gentle on your non-stick. The black is sleek and contemporary but they also are available in a bright red. This awesome pastry brush is very handy for basting meats for grilling or egg washing pastries. No need to worry about brush pieces falling into your food, a common occurrence with natural bristles.

The silicone made pastry brush makes for easy cleaning, especially if you were using it with oils. With the red color, it’s easy to spot in an utensil crock or to add a pop of color in your kitchen.

This is made from a fun shade of red silicone which doesn't stain and cleans up super nicely. Made from premium silicone that is dishwasher safe, tolerant to heat and sure to enhance any kitchen tool kit! Mix and match this with the extensive line of Ballarini tools. They come in red also.

It's the perfect tool for egg wash, buttering the tops of pastries or spreading bar b q sauce. My previous pastry brush had natural bristles that unfortunately over time end up in your food. It's made from a very sturdy and heat resistant silicone.

The strands take up liquids, like water, egg, marinades efficiently. This silicone is heat resistant to 450-degrees F so there's very little you can't do with it. Washes up very well.

With this pastry brush, it ensures even egg wash distribution on the dough. Excellent helper brush basting my specialty chicken hamonado and a few festivity dish my family loved!
