6 slices of bread
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
Fleur de sel
Food processor, grill pan, cutting board, knife
HOW TO MAKE IT
1. Pulse tomatoes in a food processor until they become a chunky purée.
2. Halve bread slices and toast on a grill pan over medium-high heat.
3. Halve garlic and rub into each slice of just-toasted bread. Spread tomato purée on top, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with fleur de sel. Enjoy!
