Rated 5 out of 5 by from Happy with my choice! A perfect set for household use. I love that chef’s knife comes in two different sizes - a large one and smaller. I used steak knives in the past for majority of cutting because of their smaller sizes, but found that smaller size chef knife is something I was missing! Knifes are super sharp and comfortable to hold.

Is this a self sharpening block? Is the block black? And are the knives dishwasher safe?

Hi Yes, the Cooking Knives have the Self-Sharpening Slots. No Black, Yes the Knives are Dishwasher safe.

I find it EXTREMELY odd that there is no description of the set whatsoever. what is included? not even pictures of the set. As if Zwilling do not really want to sell this set? because of this, only this, I am going with a different brand. Annoyed.
