This 8 pc steak knife set is the perfect addition to your kitchen. It's almost summertime which means lots of grilling steak, chicken and chops. You need a fine edge knife to slice through your grilled perfections without tearing the meat. Gourmet will do just that! It's stamped from German stainless steel so you get the quality and edge retention you expect with a lighter, more flexible blade. The three rivet handle is both comfortable and durable. The handy block is nice and compact; can be left on the counter or easily stored away in a pantry or closet.

Great Storage
It is handy to have a knife block for your steak knives just like your regular cooking knives this is the best way to store your knives and protect their blades. Made from German steel which is hard and sharp yet corrosion resistant these knives will serve you well time and time again.

For meat lovers
I like having my steak knives in a block set. Since they're on the counter, we use them regularly and for uses. I like the serrated top half of the knife while the bottom half is straight edged. This makes for a clean slice without shredding your meats.

Good value knives
I just bought these, so I can’t speak to the longevity of these knives. They are good quality for the price. They have a good feel in the hand, they’re sharp and look like they’d be relatively easy to be sharpened as needed in the future. There were a few areas that weren’t completely flush with the other parts of the knife, but small imperfections are to be expected from a value knife. For a set of 8 steak knives I paid less than $100 and I think I will be happy with them for a long time.
