With a FRIODUR ice-hardened blade made of Nitro 60 special formula stainless steel, these knives boast long-lasting durability. The curved bolster acts as an extension of the hand and the ergonomic steel handle with gilled design is hygienic and exceptionally well balanced, promoting fatigue-free cutting even for the largest chopping tasks. These professional-style knives are also dishwasher safe, making quick work of clean up. This 2-pc. set of essential knives includes a 3.5-in. paring knife for smaller scale jobs and a 7-in. santoku knife for heavy duty chopping.

Perfect Pair
These two knives can handle most everything you need from chopping and dicing fruits and vegetables, slicing through meats and cheese, to peeling small fruits.
Twin Fin is an incredible knife line made in Japan where extreme sharpness and durability is a requirement. It's made from nitrogen infused steel that brings a level of durability to knives previously unknown in the premium knife world. They are not only razor sharp with the extremely thin, sharp blade, but this new steel provides chip resistance, durability, plus they are dishwasher safe! Each knife is individually weighted which means the handle and blade are balanced perfectly.

Great pair
Modern style - Perfect Pair! These are a light weight and incredibly sharp knives. This pair is all you need for slicing, chopping and mincing a variety of fruits, vegetables and herbs. Perfect companions! One for the medium to large meats and vegetables and other for the smaller ones.
I have been using these knives on a regular basis and continue to be impressed by their performance. The handle is extremely comfortable to hold. The innovative curved bolster allows for full use of the blade as well as a perfect spot to grip your knife. Exceptional quality. Get this knife in your hand- feel the difference.

This set contains two of the most used knives in the kitchen at a great value. Twin Fin ll has impressed me from the very first time I held the knife in my hand. Razor sharp with a curved bolster that supports the pinch grip and feels great in my hand. The N60 steel is highly corrosion resistant and very durable. You will get a lot of miles out of these two knives and absolutely no wrist fatigue in the process!

This set is a great value. The santoku acts like a chef's knife and can do any job in the kitchen and the paring perfect for, well, paring. The blade is made from N-60 special formula stainless steel which is extremely durable and razor sharp. Believe it or not the knives are dishwasher safe!

Perfect combination of Japanese knives. The santoku will chop, slice, dice or mince, while the paring is great for any small tasks. You can tackle any food prep with these two knives. The blade is super sharp. The stainless handle is extremely comfortable.
