What are the dimensions of this pan?

Does the bottom have an induction magnetic disk or is it continuous flat stainless steel?  Will it work on an induction cooktop? The disks scratch my cooktop!

All of our stainless steel cookware is induction compatible. The Spirit series is fully clad edge to edge, it does not have a separate disk on the bottom.
