Wow! What a knife set!
I’ve never really owned what I would call a “high-end” set of knives. I’ve always just bought what I needed one or two at a time from one of those big box stores. But while looking for holiday gifts, I happened to catch a glimpse of these knives and figured, why not? To say I’m happy is an understatement. Not only are they beautiful and elegant (never thought I’d say that about a knife) but they are also very sharp and easy to use. The stainless steel finish is like looking in a mirror, so polished and well-crafted. Overall, I would say I’m extremely happy (obviously). Never a cheap knife again for this guy!

My Experience
Unfortunately I have not had good experiences this year buying online. Zwilling has by far, been the worst! I ordered the knife set 22 days ago for a Christmas present and it has not even been shipped yet. They provide NO tracking information. There is ZERO, NO way to communicate with them. No email reply and only a message on their phone line that uses the COVID excuse as the reason they can’t answer the call. This is not a COVID issue it is a choice to provide horrible business practices.

Sleek and stylish stainless steel steak knife. I appreciate the dual edge. The sharp serrated top of the blade with a straight edge finish is ideal for slicing. The feel and look of this steak knife is stunning. Smooth as the satin finish!
This knife will cut through the thickest cuts of meat and poultry without tearing or shredding.

Nice steak knives
Very nice set of knives for the price. Knowing the Zwilling reputation for quality i am certain these knives will hold up to years of use. Knives have a very nice weight and balance in the hand. I prefer non-serrated blades that can be sharpened but the serrations are high quality and sharp. I feel the rest of the blade edge could be sharper. The double trays of the storage box are a nice bonus with this set. This set is definitely only for those willing to hand wash your knives. I am sure the finish will be ruined or rust will set in if these are subjected to being washed in a dishwasher. Overall you may be hard pressed to find a nicer high quality set in this price range but if you are expecting this set to be the best available it does fall a bit short.

Are these beveled on a particular side? I ask because my significant other is a lefty and I am trying to find a knife set that can actually support her.
These knives are double-beveled and are comfortable for both right- and left-handed users.
