Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not truly non stick but a very good hybrid Overall this is a nice pan but it should not be labeled as non stick. You definitely need some type of fat to prevent sticking but you can use less. I do like that it can withstand higher heat. It does heat up quickly at lower heat and seems to heat evenly. Steak cooked in the pan had a great sear.

I have used it to cook a handful of things including eggs; it cooks nicely on medium heat and makes for an even easier clean up. Eggs wipe right out of the pan. I would recommend this product especially if you are looking for a nontoxic option but still nonstick.

Most of the pictures show a glass lid for 10” frying pan, but the swipe pictures show a solid lid. Which one is correct?

Only the Peak 10” Ceramic Hybrid Frying Pan comes with a manufactured Lid. However, if you wish, we do have the Zwilling 13” Stainless Steel Universal Lid which is compatible for cookware between 6”(16cm) to 12”(30cm) diameter.
