ZWILLING Gourmet 6.5" Nakiri Knife - Visual Imperfections is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 30.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Zwilling Gourmet 6.5" Nakiri Knife - Visual Imperf This came in the mail and my wife went straight to the table to open it up. Between the 8 inch chef knife and this, she is a happy wife. The only visual imperfections we saw were some scratches on the handle. It is beautiful knife that she uses all the time for any veggies that she cooks for dinner. She has been talking about your site to all of her co workers. Thanks for putting out such awesome products

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This imperfect knife is perfect Any imperfections certainly aren’t visible and there is no performance issue from the knife. The user may be another story.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Oh, absolutely not. I tried to reach out but got no response. This knife is a low-quality imitation. Spend the money, get a nakiri from a company that makes authentic eastern-style knives. Really disappointed with this tool & with the customer service of the company that Henckels has become.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Very good blade on this knife. It is very easy to use. It has a good feeling in your hand. You can cut extremely thin slices with it. It is the perfect size for most all vegetables.

How thick is this blade? Is it typical German chef knife thickness like the Santoku or is it thin like a Nakiri should be?
