Is the heating element touching the water? Is the inner lid plastic or metal (where the condensation occurs)? Is the inner spout plastic or metal (The place that contact water when pouring). Any other plastic parts in the Kettle?

The interior is a seamless stainless steel lining and concealed heating element. Interior of Lid is stainless steel. Our Kettles have a stainless steel lime scale filter. ABS base, Lid and Handle. The Pro kettle has different temperatures it can heat water to. But there is no mention of what temperature does this kettle heat water to?

Six temperature settings: 104°F for baby food, 140°F, 160°F, 175°F, over 194°F for coffee, boil.
