Unbelievable quality
Purchased this set when moving to our new home, unpacked the cookware and immediately felt and saw the quality of the set. That night was the first use, the coating along with a little avocado oil allowed nothing to stick to the pan. The strainer lid worked perfectly for straining the pasta, they cooked evenly while sautéing the mushrooms and peppers. I already owned a few of their quality knives and decided to purchase the 10 piece set due to the free 8 piece Zwilling steak knife set that came as a bonus for purchasing the cookware. I’ll buy nothing more than zwilling from here on out. Excellent product. Thanks Zwilling for a professional product at an affordable price.

Ceramic coating came off when removing the sticker
Opened this expensive set of pots and pans on Christmas morning. While unpacking, we removed the sticker that was placed on one of the frying pans to see it pull some of the ceramic "non stick" coating off. This completely ruins any confidence that I have with the durability or quality of these pans out this brand. I'm very disappointed and just hope now that I can get my $400 back.

A whole new cooking experience
It was time to transfer to non-toxic cookware for our family. In a hectic lifestyle, work kids and what not, I consider myself an “aggressive cooker” and there were too many instructions on how to use the ceramic set. The sales rep at BBand beyond sounded like he knew what he was talking about and I walked out with a brand new set of pots. I’m forced to use controlled heat, and finally we taste every ingredient in the food. I use 1/8 of the amount of oil as I did with nonstick and the food slides off the pan. I even put the entire set in dishwasher before first use on sanitize mode and came out perfect. This one is for life.

Save your money!
I bought this set 5 months ago and the ceramic coating started flaking off almost immediately. My son received this set as a wedding gift in August and has the same flaking issues. I have been trying to get ahold of Zwilling customer service for weeks and can never get through. I am completely disappointed at this point.

Amazing Cookware
Such incredible quality cookware, you'd expect to pay much more. It has a three layer design with an aluminum core, one of the best heat conductors. They brown beautifully and cook even, no hot spots. The handle has a V-shaped design that helps disperse heat. All the sauce and stock pans have pouring spouts, and straining glass lids...ingenious! The non-stick coating is the next generation of ceramic coatings. It is the greenest, healthiest non-stick option available. This new version boasts higher heat tolerance as well as being extremely durable and metal utensil safe.
This complete set includes everything you need to prepare all your family's favorite meals.

Best Pots and Pans I've Used
We bought the non-induction form of these 6 years ago when we bought our first house. We absolutely LOVED those and we only got rid of them because we bought a new house and remodeled the kitchen, including upgrading to induction stovetop. These look even better than our original set and after a few quick test cooks without oil, I can say with confidence that the nonstick is even better, too (which is saying something because our old nonstick was still as good as new after 6 years)!

Zwilling Energy Plus 10-piece set
Overall I'm very impressed with the build quality and attention to detail. As an example even the transition from the stainless steel to the non-stick coating is smooth, even and precise, whereas my old Calphalon was hard ugly and noticeable. The grips are also very ergonomic and feel great in the hand, it has a solid balance and doesn't feel overpowered. The strainer lids are also a very welcomes addition, and with how they are fluted with the pots reduces burns from steam. The only things I would change or like to see is a steamer option, handle grip, and dishwasher/oven safe would be a big plus. I haven't made much so far, but they have been excellent and I will be using them daily for cooking and will happily update this review after a few months.

Zwilling Cookware
My husband and I love to cook!! I have been looking for new cookware for a while. Trust me when I say, I researched all the different non-stick, the durability and life of stainless steel, and even copper. Everytime I found a set I liked, I would read reviews that made me second guess because my eyes were on Zwilling. Despite just how pricey it was, which was another hurdle, I knew every penny was worth it. The quality, modern look and design, clean so easy, sturdy in the handle, I can go on and on. The design and construction bottom line is important, and worth the investment. They look great in any household too!
