Unbelievable quality
Purchased this set when moving to our new home, unpacked the cookware and immediately felt and saw the quality of the set. That night was the first use, the coating along with a little avocado oil allowed nothing to stick to the pan. The strainer lid worked perfectly for straining the pasta, they cooked evenly while sautéing the mushrooms and peppers. I already owned a few of their quality knives and decided to purchase the 10 piece set due to the free 8 piece Zwilling steak knife set that came as a bonus for purchasing the cookware. I’ll buy nothing more than zwilling from here on out. Excellent product. Thanks Zwilling for a professional product at an affordable price.

A whole new cooking experience
It was time to transfer to non-toxic cookware for our family. In a hectic lifestyle, work kids and what not, I consider myself an “aggressive cooker” and there were too many instructions on how to use the ceramic set. The sales rep at BBand beyond sounded like he knew what he was talking about and I walked out with a brand new set of pots. I’m forced to use controlled heat, and finally we taste every ingredient in the food. I use 1/8 of the amount of oil as I did with nonstick and the food slides off the pan. I even put the entire set in dishwasher before first use on sanitize mode and came out perfect. This one is for life.

Amazing Cookware
Such incredible quality cookware, you'd expect to pay much more. It has a three layer design with an aluminum core, one of the best heat conductors. They brown beautifully and cook even, no hot spots. The handle has a V-shaped design that helps disperse heat. All the sauce and stock pans have pouring spouts, and straining glass lids...ingenious! The non-stick coating is the next generation of ceramic coatings. It is the greenest, healthiest non-stick option available. This new version boasts higher heat tolerance as well as being extremely durable and metal utensil safe.
This complete set includes everything you need to prepare all your family's favorite meals.

Ceramic coating came off when removing the sticker
Opened this expensive set of pots and pans on Christmas morning. While unpacking, we removed the sticker that was placed on one of the frying pans to see it pull some of the ceramic "non stick" coating off. This completely ruins any confidence that I have with the durability or quality of these pans out this brand. I'm very disappointed and just hope now that I can get my $400 back.

Zwilling Cookware
My husband and I love to cook!! I have been looking for new cookware for a while. Trust me when I say, I researched all the different non-stick, the durability and life of stainless steel, and even copper. Everytime I found a set I liked, I would read reviews that made me second guess because my eyes were on Zwilling. Despite just how pricey it was, which was another hurdle, I knew every penny was worth it. The quality, modern look and design, clean so easy, sturdy in the handle, I can go on and on. The design and construction bottom line is important, and worth the investment. They look great in any household too!

Induction Oven Use Zwilling vs All-Clad
We went back and forth between the All-Clad and Zwilling set for our new induction stovetop oven. Decided on the Zwilling because it worked just as well with our induction stovetop as the All-Clad, for $400 less. The stock pot took 2-3 min longer to come to full boil over the All-Clad's. The features Zwilling had that the All-Clad didn't that I like much better are the sizes, the see-thru lid, the pour divit on the sides. One drawback is the heaviness over the All-Clad; wish Zwilling was lighter. Purchased a little over a week ago and look forward to contining to use on our new induction stove... so far so good!

Save your money!
I bought this set 5 months ago and the ceramic coating started flaking off almost immediately. My son received this set as a wedding gift in August and has the same flaking issues. I have been trying to get ahold of Zwilling customer service for weeks and can never get through. I am completely disappointed at this point.

Quality You Can See
I’ve had a lot cookware over the last 20 years and we all know what goes wrong. Too thin- burning food. Too thick and heavy- food doesn’t hot enough. Nonstick surfaces wearing out after 1 year. Handles that are plastic and break off. Lids that fit poorly. Etc.
This set has none of those problems and I can say that after using them, I can say that I see the quality. I judge by how the pan heats and distributes heat leading to how good it can cook different foods like meat, fish, eggs, and starchy vegetables.
Great set for a sub $400 set. And no, it’s not Allclad but it’s also not $1000 for the set.

The Zwilling Energy Plus 10-pc Stainless Steel Ceramic Nonstick Cookware Set is covered by a limited lifetime warranty for the body of the cookware, which protects against manufacturing flaws in materials and workmanship under normal use.
The ceramic nonstick coating however, is covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase, specifically for issues related to materials or workmanship. Please note that the warranty does not cover damage resulting from wear and tear, misuse, accidents, improper care, or any damage caused by use other than the intended purpose of the item.

Most of the older reviews are great. Some of the newer reviews, not so much. Has the quality gone down hill? I really want to purchase environmentally safer cookware asap.
