Rated 5 out of 5 by from A large fry pan is an excellent choice for one skillet meals, breakfast for a family and cooking more than 2 steaks, chops or chicken breasts. CFX is PFOA and PTFE free and one of the newest, longest lasting ceramic non-stick surfaces on the market today. Applied to an excellent tri-ply pan that is completely clad with an interior layer of hygienic 18/10 stainless steel, an inner core of aluminum and an exterior layer of 18/0 stainless steel for induction capability. The flanged rim keeps food from dripping onto the outside of the pan. The stay cool handles and ease of care make this pan a great addition to any kitchen.

An upgraded version of the Vista Clad collection, the Zwilling Clad Xtreme has a much more durable ceramic nonstick that will last much longer and is more scratch resistant. This is a great size for making larger portions of food, or skillet dinner recipes. With the 12” fry pan, there’s enough room to cook larger pieces of food, meat with enough room to prevent overcrowding in the pan. The tri-ply construction of this fry pan is really well made, it’s not going to be prone to warping or having hot spots in the pan. It heats up really well and retains the heat. I like the functionality of the Clad Xtreme, it’s combining the best of both stainless and nonstick cookware: durability, heat retention, healthy cooking and easy cleaning.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this pan! Love this pan and it’s 10inch size counterpart. Use them both often. Nonstick works very well and easy cleanup. Also I was told to avoid spray type oils in the pan which is a bit fiddly but it cooks so beautifully it’s worth it. It says don’t stack them in the cupboard but who can avoid that all the time? I am pleased with the pans and hope they last a long time.

Aluminum core, stainless cladding and a ceramic coating that is as beautiful to look at as it is use and maintain. Your food will cook quickly and evenly with less energy. Excellent choice for induction stove tops. I use this pan for frying and searing as well as shallow frying meats and vegatables. Ample room for family meals. Versatile pan. Fantatic look and feel.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Dinner is ready - perfect for a one skillet family meal. I can get four large burgers in the pan and they will be seared beautifully. Pan heats up quickly and evenly, no hot spots here. The pan can be used on any cooking surface and with stand temperatures up to 400. Go ahead, make your meal, and keep it warm in oven. This pan is so versatile.

Then I was so pleased with the quality I went back to crate and barrel the following week to purchase the frying pans and a sauce pan. The frying pan is truly nonstick, and super easy to clean. I use warm water and a soft sponge.

I love the color of the interior coating but what's even more impressive is how durable and scratch-resistant it is too! Plus, it's a cinch to clean as food just comes right off, no matter how sticky!
