Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Non-stick Pan This is a great pan for everyday use for all your favorite recipes… I’ve usually seen people complain about the coating peeling off, etc. but if you follow the instructions carefully you’d be surprised at how well this pan keeps the ceramic coating. Thumb of rule is to not heat the empty pan on high heat, use some butter oil - even a tad bit helps in case you’re overly conscious to keep the nonstick intact, don’t use metal utensils, and wash the pan by hand - this is a big one as washing the pan right away and drying with a paper towel is important. Now coming to the pan performance- heats distribution is even and eggs (I use a bit of olive/avocado oil) slide off just as they should, and the lid fits well and does it’s job. Overall, a quality non-stick pan and worth the price.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from From non-stick to the stickiest within months I was so excited to receive this pan. For the first few months, we were in love. Great diffusion of heat, very non-stick. But then from one day to another.... the pan stuck. to. everything. Cleaning, greasing, degreasing - nothing has worked. What a waste of money! I should have researched ceramic pans more to find this is par for the course for this stuff.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love this fry pan and I was glad it has a lid because I often like to be able to put a lid on for cooking, to prevent splattering or for keeping something warm. I've had nonstick pans in the past that always seem to lose their nonstick quality and warp in the middle when heated but this pan is so thick and sturdy it heats up evenly and the nonstick is amazing. I can practically clean it out with just a wipe of a paper towel when I'm done. The handle is comfortable to lift and is stay cool and metal utensils don't scratch the ceramic. I'm really pleased with this pan.

The strong stainless steel and aluminum core exterior supports the incredible, brand new ceramic nonstick coating on the inside. Super durable and scratch-resistant, this nonstick coating makes cooking, serving and cleaning less of a stress. Plus you get a sturdy glass lid to keep all that heat in!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great non-stick pan Very good non-stick pan. Releases well and cleans up easily. Retains heat well. A bit on the heavy side but still easy to manage. One thing to note is that Zwilling recommends you still use some fat while cooking.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from CFX is one of the newest, longest lasting ceramic non-stick surfaces on the market today. This tri-ply pan is completely clad with an interior layer of hygienic 18/10 stainless steel, an inner core of aluminum and an exterior layer of 18/0 stainless steel for induction capability. The rim is flared to keep food from dripping onto the outside of the pan. Stay cool handles finish the look.

The ad doesn't indicate the size of the pan. Is it 10 inches or 9.5 inches as indicated in one of the questions?

Hi The outer rim 10" diameter (17.6" L with handle) x 5" H the inner rim is 9.5" We hope this helps!
