Never used a Smoker Box before, so thought this might be a good time to purchase one & know that Zwilling as the best quality of everything they make....such a great choice!. We bought applewood chips for the Grill Box, and all I can say the Chicken Flavor was amazing!! The Zwilling Smoker Box is so easy to use & clean. Will definitely use it other meats & vegetables. The quality is fantastic (not a piece of "tin" like others) and so simple to use on a Grill.
