Actually really cute, like a mini Staub Dutch oven. I can see myself using this for more than Brie, such as a wide variety of appetizers and desserts.

One of my favorite easy recipes is baking Brie with berries (and some rosemary and honey or maple butter) — this makes it easy AND beautiful to present. I love that I can use the same dish for presentation, and the lid adds a nice touch.

Can the covered Brie baker be placed in the Hamilton Beach air fryer/cooker ?

Hi, Our Brie Bakers, porcelain enamel glaze prevents absorption of moisture during baking, so cheese won’t dry out. Microwave, freezer, broiler, and oven safe up to 572°F. However, direct heat sources will break or crack the ceramics. When using under a broiler, allow a minimum of 2.75” / 7cm between the product and the heat source.
