Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful, durable, functional We bought these for their looks, however I was happily surprised at how easy these dishes clean up after roasting vegetables or meat in them. Warm water and soap, a couple gentle passes with a sponge, and they’re ready to rinse. Also happily surprised that they seem to keep food hotter than my standard Pyrex baking dishes after coming out of the oven and sitting on the counter a few minutes, as plates are getting assembled. Plus, as expected, they are stunning! Adding timeless elegance and a pop of color to any cooks meal presentation, whether it’s a hosted dinner party for guests or you’re just feeling fancy making a weeknight family dinner! We got the blue set, and they are beautiful.

The pie dish is listed as 12 inches. Does this include the handles? What are the measurements without the handles? Is this the same as the 9 inch pie dish sold separately?
