This is a great gratin dish and exceptionally great. The colorful enamel outside adds flare to your kitchen and to the table setting. Can bake and serve food directly from the oven straight to the dining table for sumptuous dinner. Perfect for every occasion gifting idea or a gift to yourself. It is oven safe and can be broiling too. Easy clean, so cleaning is a breeze! Just soak with water and dishwashing soap to remove any food residue and cleans better.

Staub baking dishes are my favorite because they are so durable. They are thermal shock resistant so I'm confident putting them from the fridge into the oven because I know they won't crack or fail. The colored enamel is gorgeous and scratch resistant so they clean up beautifully and match my Staub cast iron collection. This baking dish is small so it is perfect for hot dips and sides for two or three. You can also easily bake a couple chicken breasts in this dish and it goes from oven to table beautifully.

STAUB - Cooks evenly and cleans like a dream
I’m finally at a point in my life (age/financial) that I appreciate well-made cooking tools.
The STAUB baking dish is awesome! I routinely cook chicken thighs for my dogs. My husband loves the size as it fits perfectly in our (his) sun oven.
With former pans (glass rectangular ones), I always have to use Barkeepers to clean the glass pans-just warm and soapy water with a scrubber sponge for the ceramic STAUB baking dish.
One new STAUB at a time.

Nice baker
A great baking dish for casseroles, desserts and side dishes; perfect for smaller portion meals for singles or couples. The rustic ivory looks really nice on any table setting, with it being more off white, it has a nice tone to it and goes well with any kitchen aesthetic. Easy to clean and a very versatile piece that can go from oven to table to fridge with ease. Everyone needs a good baker in their kitchen, so why not get this one?

All American Mac & Cheese Goes Here
For some reason, probably because it's the way my mom did it, I think mac & cheese should be in a rectangular dish. Most recipes tell me to put in a rectangular baking dish, so I do, and then for me, all is right with the world. This baking dish, in Rustic Red, is perfect for two people and it looks like something you find in a country bistro. It's very farmhouse chic, IMHO.
It's true that the ceramic helps to retain moisture, so I only get enough crust of the cheese and the rest is creamy. I recently had to use a glass dish and it wasn't the same. There's a reason ceramic has been used to cook in for centuries.
These bakers are available in 3 sizes and a variety of colors. 7-inch for two people. 9-inch for 3-4 people and 13-inch for 4 or more. Not just for baking pasta and macaroni - great for anything you need to bake. Easy clean up too. Dishwasher perfect.
