Versatile bakeware set makes any recipe better!
One thing I have learned is that not all ceramic bakeware is created equal. Depending on the purity of the clay and the quality of the manufacturing, you can get different results. Staub ceramic-ware cooks with consistency and cleans up nicely. And they are so much prettier on the table than glass.
The clean and simple white looks good on every table and lets the food be the star. The covered casserole creates a dry heating environment that browns food well. The gratin with its wide top is great for anything with a delicious crust. And don't forget a fruit cobbler in the rectangular dish.

Oval ceramic in red
I used it once to heat up some cauliflower Mac and cheese and when I took the food out I notice a crack on the inside surface. I bought it a la cart not as a set. I was so upset what can I do. I used the white casserole one with the cover and that one didn’t get a crack. I bought several bowls as well.

Great Value, Great Set
I love having these matching serving pieces when setting a family dinner or holiday table. Plus they do a fantastic job baking everything from a dessert to a vegetable or pasta casserole. I like to prepare ahead of time to being able to put these in the freezer or refrigerator until time to bake is an added bonus. They do have to be brought to room temperature before baking in the oven, but doing prep work a day ahead makes a family and holiday dinner less stressful and more enjoyable. Clean up is easy! I've never had to soak any of the dishes for more than 10 minutes before any remaining food is loosened and removed.

Beautiful ceramic pieces
First, I chose the perfect brand, and I like my Staub mixed baking dish set so much. The outside and inside of the four ceramic pieces are so smooth. I don't find any imperfections. I love the smoothness of the red color to the ceramics. Each pieces are easy to handle and it is not heavy. For these reasons, I decided to order two sizes of their cocottes and Dutch ovens. I am excited to use my baking sets for my next baking recipe.

The Classic Cocotte with a New Look
I have Staub's classic 4 qt cocotte but decided to get another one for my other house. Since this was on sale, I figured out why not get the glass lid ones and see how I like it. Turns out that I love it, especially for when I have people over since its transparent lid allows people to see what's inside and for me to keep track of how much more is left in the pot. When I cook I much prefer the classic lid, but for the table this one is the winner.

Amazing Quality, Constantly Exceeding Expectations
After some less than stellar experience with my previous Le Creuset ceramics, which I purchased from Amazon - important context, I was ready for an upgrade. My biggest complaints with my old set of LCs was they that tab handles were hard to grab with greasy, wet or pot holdered hands, the dimensions were a little odd for several of my recipes and, most importantly, they were incredibly difficult to clean. All of those complaints are remedied with this Staub set. The handle loop are easy to grasp regardless of the size of the dish and extraneous hand condition, they bake evenly, look great and so far clean up much more easily. And on top of everything. The set is a fantastic value from Williams-Sonoma. And it matches well with the LeCreuset Indigo color. I’m thrilled and cannot recommend these enough.

What is the maximum safe temperature for the glass lid of the Staub Cast Iron 4 qt Round Glass Lid Cocotte? I've seen some sources list it as 500°F, some as 440°F, and others as 400°F.
My Staub booklet that came with my 4 qt cocotte with glass lid says maximum temperature on glass lid is 440 degrees F. Cocotte is safe up to 500 degrees F.
