Staub ceramics are highly thermal shock resistant so you can take this from the fridge and put it directly into the oven with no worries. This is also a great size fro small sides and I even use it as a serving dish for green beans and asparagus.

These ceramic oval baking dishes come in three sizes, 9 inches when you're cooking for 1 or 2 people; 11 inches for 2 people or a side dish for a few more, and 14.5 inches for an entree for 3-4 people. Can this 11 inch dish be used in an air fryer oven?
