The visual imperfections were not bad, and overall the pieces look great.
Disclaimer: I have used the Sukiyaki and Grill set about 3 times. I have only used the 7qt round Dutch oven once.
It seems that the matte non-stick surface is not very non-stick. I had to constantly move things around on the grill and the pan so it won't stick. I pre-greased the grill with vegetable oil prior to use and it didn't help much, making the grill difficult to clean.
Hopefully with more use this would improve, like more use would season it more.
I don't remember having this issue with our older 7qt oval Dutch oven.
In this regard, I have to use it more to see, before I could recommend it to friends.

when my daughter move out after collage she took her staub cocotte with her
I wanted to replace it in my home and found it here at zwillings
I saw the Sukiyaki pan and bought it also
it has turned out to be the best thing ever
not a day goes by that it is not used
