Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great grill when cooking outside isn't practical I'm a big fan of the Staub enameled cast iron and it was a natural thing to add this piece to my collection. I needed a smaller grill pan due to going from a 48" gas range at our old property to a 30" induction range here at our new "downsize" property. This one fit the bill and is just the right size for two or three portions when cooking outside isn't practical. I've taken advantage of the "visual imperfections" offers for most of my Staub purchases...whatever color is fine and honestly, I've never really noticed any "visual imperfections".
