I burnt some onions in avocado oil in my pan. Soaking in soapy water and scraping with credit card didn’t remove the stuck on burnt scraps. Any othe suggestions?

For sticky or burnt on food, a chain mail scrubber can be effective. Wet the scrubber and your cast iron, then gently rub it over the affected areas.
