No effort made to ship individual tools which ARE in stock. Received very delayed, dismissive response from company. No communication otherwise -- they just don't ship. Can't even cancel!!!

More than a month later, it still hasn't shipped and Zwilling took a week to say it is out of stock. The separate tools are available, but it hasn't occurred to them to send those. Horrible service. I will never purchase from them again. Do not recommend.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Order at your own risk Very frustrating experience after ordering. For nearly a week the tracking info said label was created and waiting for pickup by USPS. I finally called and a man with a thick accent and loud background noise that sounded like boiler room operation told me the tracking from DHL said it had been delivered 3 days ago to the front desk at the mail room. I told him I live in a residence and my tracking info said it was coming USPS. He repeated the order number and his previous information. He asked me to wait while he checked with DHL. Then I heard a phone ringing and was connected with DHL's automated attendant, while my agent hung up. I had no idea what to input since my info said USPS and not DHL. I called Zwilling again and the next guy was apologetic and had no idea where the first guy got his info...and of course the first guy didn't enter any notes on my previous call. The second guy asked me to wait 24 hours. So 72 hours later my order arrived. I won't order from Staub/Zwilling again. From my experience and previous reviews their shipping and customer service is unreliable.
