Feels good in the hand
Above all, a paring knife has to feel good in your hand. And this one fits a wide range of hand sizes. The good sized grip is graceful and arched to fit snugly without causing cramping.
Silvercap knives are micro-serrated so they will stay sharp for years to come. No extra maintenance necessary. These knives are stamped from high quality German steel; a stainless steel that won’t stain, and doesn’t require special care. Just use, wash, dry and repeat. The full tang construction, meaning that there is a single piece of steel from the tip of the blade to the end of the handle, is stable and durable. . These are good quality knives at an affordable price.

A perfect little paring knife for picnics, cookouts, concerts and camping. You will use this endlessly for so many of your small tasks - peeling, slicing and cutting out blemishes or for those radish garnishes. It has a nice, curved handle so gives a good grip and super comfortable. It might be a value knife and brand, although it cuts like a better-quality knife.

The microserrated blade is the perfect maintenance free parer; no honing required. Perfect for removing bad spots from fruits and vegetables and any other "in hand" tasks. The long molded handle is comfortable and stays relatively slip resistant even when wet.

This little knife is SHARP and super quality!!! I bought a set and somehow lost this one so it’s a replacement. Just to beware it is serrated so don’t expected the same cut as a non-serrated knife. I personally prefer the serrated knives that’s why I have this whole set.
The shipping to get it was super fast and this was just before Christmas. 5 stars all the way

This knife is for those who want a low maintenance experience. Micro serration keeps this knife sharp for it's life time. As a side note these really work great out in the yard. Super durable this cuts through stems, digs into the dirt, slices roots and is small enough to get into tight spaces.

This micro-serrated edge requires very low maintenance, as it never needs sharpening. Contoured handle is comfortable and product is dishwasher safe. A good entry level choice or for equipping a rental or vacation property. Excellent value.

This is a huge value! With a micro-serration it can never be sharpened, nor does it need to be sharpened. It's one of those purchases you will have forever. And you will say that knife was so inexpensive, I can't believe I still use it.
