Complete garbage
Complete garbage quality. A few knives didn't even make it 1 SINGLE WASH through the dishwasher without the handle cracking. And these knives have been put of stock now for over a year. Get your logistics together zwlilling. Customer service could care less standing behind their product and simply offering to replace the knives with a different match from a different set. The whole block should be replaced if the supply chain cannot replace the specific model due to their logistics issues. Quality of Henckels sure has completely taken a dive and so has their customer service. Stay away from these subpar knives. Spend your money somewhere else.

Good table knives
The good news: if this is the knife that appeals to you and the price suits you, then you just nailed it. The Definition line of Henckels International is a well-constructed collection of knives. Each knife is made from high quality stainless steel. One piece of this steel runs from the tip of the blade to the end of the handle for sturdiness and stability. The handle is arched to fit tightly into your palm, and is sculpted so your fingers in optimal position.
These are excellent knives for everyday use. They complement your table setting and are excellent for cutting meats, vegetables, cheeses. I hand wash all my knives so they look brand new, but they are dishwasher safe.

Very nice and sharp knives! Got the steak set as a replacement for the ones in a block set from another brand, but now I will have to replace them all since this are superior quality

Fourth of July ready!
Picked these up for my annual Fourth of July picnic. Very well priced, nice serrations, and one piece full tang construction. I particular like the fact that these are nice and lightweight, perfect for some of the elderly members of my family. Lastly, this will go right in my dishwasher at the end of the day which is essential.

always nice to have extras
I have the lovely Bellasera Steak knives to match my flatware pattern and we usually use those but sometimes you just need to have an extra set of steak knives this one fits the bill! they are a great price and not too obtrusive on the table, they may not match in style but the certainty match in high quality!

I love these steak knives!
These steak knives cut through meat wonderfully, no only because they are sharp, but because the are serrated so that it grips the meat while they were cutting. The handles feel like they are molded to my hand with the curves, so I feel like I have a good grip on the knife.

Good knives for home, picnics, camping, concerts, etc. No worry to take them out of a home to use elsewhere, as they are durable with a nice serrated edge and hold up well. Great value for 4 knives that will go anywhere!
