Excellent for chopping meat and I enjoy it so much, I also use it for chopping my veggies. The quality you would expect, worth the price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent knife As usual, Henkels knives are well made. The tang runs all the way through the handle for good strength. It's well balanced and feels solid for cutting through chicken which is all I've used it for so far. Looking forward to many years of use.

A HENCKEL blade remain sharp for a long time. I've purchased numerous knives to complete my collection. Carving fork, (boning 5.5 & carving 8" ) knife, Knife set 4, Knife set 5. I am very happy with my purchase.
