INGREDIENTS

  • 200 g pimentos
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • A clove of garlic
  • fleur de sel
  • 1 teaspoon of chili flakes

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Wash the pimentos, dry them and pierce them slightly with a meat fork. This prevents the skin of the pimentos from cracking during the frying process. Place the pan on the grill. Pour in the olive oil and heat up until the oil begins to ripple. Add the pimentos and sear both sides. Finely slice the garlic. Reduce heat, add the garlic and fry for another 5 to 10 minutes, until the pimentos are soft. Halve the lemon and add the juice to taste. Season with fleur de sel and chili flakes.

Tip:

Serve with red peppers and chopped parsley.
