It is made from high quality silicone: It is not only gentle on cookware or serving bowls, but is also food safe and heat resistant up to 230 °C. Love the shape of this spoon
This is a great tool for serving because it collects a good single portion in the bowl. The wider base makes it easy to scoop larger pieces - chicken pieces, cubes of meat, wedges of potato - and transfer them easily too. The silicone is heat resistant to 450-degree F so no worries about melting with normal cooking. Washes up beautifully. Good handle length makes it efficient for large and small pots. Comfortable no-slip handle fits all hands.

Beautiful sturdy silicone in red!
This silicone spoon is slightly shallow but sturdy and durable. It is excellent used for picking up, stirring and turning solid food. It works really well for sauteing, great basting spoon and scooping sauces from the pan. I personally owned this silicone spoon and recently used it for stirring and scooping sticky black sweet rice, it was effortless!!! This silicone spoon is ideally suited for all Zwilling non-stick cookware such as Ballarini, Motion, Alu Pro, and including a variety of ceramic-coated pots and pans to mention is the Clad CFX. It can be used for stainless steel cookware, as well as Staub cast iron and a ceramic bakeware helper. This turner is comfortable, and convenient to have. This spoon is made from high quality, food-safe silicone. Handwashing is highly recommended.

Great serving spoon
Everyone needs a good serving spoon and this is a great one. Being silicone, it is very convenient and easy to clean, and great to use on nonstick surfaces from stirring in a saucepan to deglazing a fry pan or dutch oven, it won’t scratch them up. A go to tool in my kitchen, and perfect for serving dishes and desserts.

This spoon has little flexibility in it which is perfect for serving up heavy or dense foods.
Silicone will go up to 500F so no worries about melting the spoon is high heat. Dishwasher safe and a festive color.
