Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Non Stick Ever! Parma is the best non stick pan I've ever owned. It takes the abuse of heat, metal utensils and the dishwasher and continues to have amazing non stick. I love that it's made in Italy! In the past, grilling outdoors was the only way to bring awesome flavors to your food. But the grill pan has changed that. Great features like the thick aluminum base allows it to get really hot which is key to getting those great grill lines. Remember, color is flavor! There is a sensor on the handle that turns red when it's reached the perfect temperature. Clean up is a breeze, no scrubbing necessary, just a little soap and water.

This Parma grill pan, like all non-stick grill pans has a job to job, and it does it well. Non-stick grill pans are terrific for grilling vegetables. Sticky vegetables (tomatoes, sweet potatoes, onions) and soft vegetables (eggplant and zucchini) all grill up nicely in this pan. It also does well with thinner cuts of meat, butterflied chicken breasts. This is not the pan to sear a steak or a rare hamburger, but other than that - cook away! I was pleased with the clean up too. It is often a pain to clean in between the grill bars, but with brush and soap and water - good to go.

The innovative granitium coating makes it incredibly easy for food to release and because the grill grates are close to the surface, it's much easier to clean between them. The thermo-point light on the handle is great because it changes to red as the pan reaches higher temperatures when it's time to start cooking and turns back to green as the pan cools down enough to wash.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Beautiful pan, loose handle I was most excited about this grill pan because it would be higher quality non-stock than pans I’ve used in the past. I was upset when I received one that had a loose handle. We had thrown out old pans so I was forced to use it instead of waiting another 4-6 weeks to send it back to the manufacturer for a repair or replacement.

I make burgers on this pan and they come out perfect every time, the grill marks are perfect too. the handle stays cool and is very ergonomic to lift even with 4 burgers in it. I like to toast the buns after cooking the meat to give a nice look when you serve them, you can do that in the pan too.

You can use metal utensil even fork-proof, and extremely scratch-resistant. It is easy to clean pot, just soak with water and soap and it'll do the cleaning job for you.

I live in an apartment that has no outdoor space, so I don't have the opportunity to grill, but since I found this pan, I can have grilled food all the time with super easy clean up due to the fact that this pan is the best non-stick I've ever used! I love that I can grill all year round too. The dot on the handle that tell me when the pan is ready to cook also makes using this fool-proof.
