This is a fantastic, ample sized pan for all your frying, sauteeing and simmering recipes with sauce and gravy. The high sides and lid will keep all your favorite sauces inside and will not reduce too quickly.
Aluminum is a great conductor of heat which makes it ideal for cookware.
This non stick coating is stratch resistant and will definitely stand up to the rigors of your home cooked meals.
The innovative heat sensor is a bonus- It will indicate when the pan is ready to go and ready to be cleaned.
This is a durable, professional grade set of cookware made in Italy.
Easy to handle and easy to clean.

Nice saute pan!
This is a great Italian made saute pan, the nonstick is phenomenal, very durable so it will last a long time. It releases the food well too, so very easy to clean and care for. It does a great job with heating up quickly for efficiently sauteing, browning your one pan meals, veggies, etc. One of my favorite things about the collection is the Thermopoint dot on the handles, it changes colors for heat and cool; super helpful while you’re prepping or waiting to clean the pieces. Due to it being lightweight, it won’t get overly heavy in your hand, great for anyone who needs something light to cook with.

You truly can't beat the quality and technology that goes into making this pan. It's made from aluminum, a great heat conductor. The non-stick coating is phenomenal; very durable, tolerant of heat, the dishwasher and metal utensils. Clean up is a breeze. The molded plastic handles are very comfortable and heat resistant. Love the glass lid!
It's the perfect pan for frying, searing and sauteing meats and vegetables.

The depth on this saute pan is perfect especially making a dish with a sauce. The pan has excellent heat capability and heats up quickly and evenly. I like the Thermopoint technology which lets you know when to start cooking at the perfect temperature. Red for cooking, green for cool down. Nothing stick to the Granitium nonstick coating making for easy clean up. Safe to use metal utensils in this pan.

Excellent saute pan. This is cookware with a brain. The handles have temperature sensors which change color when the pan is heated up and ready for use and when it is cooled down and ready to be washed. We have been very impressed with the easy release non-stick and durability. The glass lids allow you to monitor your progess.

Nice nonstick pan for skillet meals. Made in Italy from light weight cold forged aluminum for quick heating, even cooking and excellent browning and searing. Coated with a durable nonstick surface that is scratch resistant and long lasting. Very modern looking with black accents and glass lids. Oven safe to 300 degrees.

Can I use high heat to sear steaks with Modena pans?
Modena and other nonstick styles are best used at low to medium heat. Because of the granitium coating, you should still be able to achieve a desirable brown color or crust at medium. While you can use high heat, for example, to boil water, please keep in mind that repeated or prolonged exposure to high heat can damage the nonstick coating, especially if the pan is empty or nearly empty.
