Ballarini Salta Pasta is great for Asian style cooking. Perfect for stir frying mixed vegetables and meat, wonderful cookware for stir fried rice. My favorite dish for this saltaa pasta is sauteing rice stick noodles with vegetables and meats and few other pasta cooking needs of this pot. This is a fun salta pasta or it's called Asian Wok! A spaghetti spoon combo with this deal is best buy. This is coated with durable multi-layer CORTAN non-stick coating ensures effortless release, PFOA free, and resistant to high temperature. Wooden and silicone kitchen tools is recommended. It is dishwasher safe, hand washing recommended

Love this pasta pan!
The Salta Pasta pan is such a game changer for making one pot pasta dishes. It has a nice depth to it that really cooks the pasta well, and is great for tossing pasta and getting everything mixed in well. The nonstick is really great on this Ballarini piece, easy release and cleaning. The pan heats up really well and maintains the heat. This made in Italy piece is something that you didn’t realize you needed until you’ve used it for all the pasta dishes.

Good size, versatile pan!
We've had this pan for what seems like forever and we are really happy with it. As the name implies it's great for pasta, but really verasatile for other things as well. It seems to be the pan my husband pulls out first for any meal. My mom and sister-in-law have both been over and expressed their need for the same pan as well. We beat it up, but the non-stick still looks and performs great.

I love this pan and use it for so many dishes. Pasta of course, but it also can be used like a mini wok for quick stir-fry dinners and for soup. It conducts the heat quickly and has even heat distribution. I keep this one close to the stove where I can grab for any need

When I tried this pan it was the first time I made a pasta dish all in one pan. The concept is to cook the pasta in a diluted sauce which becomes thick and delicious while the pasta cooks. This pan is shaped perfectly for this technique but also translates well to a wok. Great addition to any kitchen this pan heats quickly, cooks evenly and cleans up easily.

This is a good weight and shape for tossing pasta in its sauce. The aluminum construction keeps this pan light and easy to manage on the stove. The very durable non-stick coating makes it so simple to brown meats and aromatics to build a sauce without sticking. Quick heating and easy clean up. The pasta spoon a great addition.

This pan is not only great for making pasta dishes, my son uses it for soup and I use it as a wok. The non stick is really nonstick - I have even done a honey soy sauce and had no problem. You can even use this in the oven on a low temperature to keep your meal warm.
