INGREDIENTS

  • 1 untreated lime
  • 1 untreated orange
  • 4 cm untreated ginger
  • 100 ml water
  • agave nectar, to taste

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Wash the lime and the orange, dry them and grate the peel on the ZWILLING Z-Cut Fine Grater. Pour the zest from the storage box into a small bowl. Halve the lime and orange, squeeze out the juice and set aside.
  2. Grate ginger into the bowl using the finger protection. Pour boiling water over the zest and grated ginger and steep for about 10 minutes.
  3. At the end of the infusion time, drain it through a sieve. Add lime and orange juice and sweeten with agave nectar to taste.
  4. Serve the shots in glasses, e.g. ZWILLING Sorrento Espresso, and enjoy immediately.

Tip
Instead of agave nectar, you can also use other sweeteners such as honey or maple syrup.
