Description

The many aromas of a traditional slow-cooked meal enriches any Sunday lunch. The glass-lidded, conical-shaped braising pan from the Apollo range optimally disperses heat to produce quick and delicious results. It impresses with its sleek and elegant form that will match any kitchen. The braising pan is made entirely from a 7-ply material to evenly disperse and retain heat from the pan's base to its edges. All surface areas become sufficiently warmed even at low temperature settings or on smaller hotplates. Two stainless steel handles on the sides provide easy usage. With a 28 cm diameter and a 4.8 l capacity, the pan can be used for braising meals for larger groups. The stainless steel is Silvinox® treated for easy cleaning and resistance against discolouration so that the steel retains its characteristic sheen over the long term. With this pan from DEMEYERE, aromatic braised meals are quick to prepare.
