If you have an item that you really want but you can't decide, add it to your wishlist. This will help you to keep track of all the amazing products that will make your cooking experience even better. You can even email your wishlist to friends and family as a handy hint for birthday and Christmas gift ideas. Please note that your wishlist will not reserve stock or sale pricing.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Standard (typically 2-3 business days), despatched via DPD. A signature will be required upon delivery. DPD will send a text message and email with tracking details for your order.

HOW DO I USE A VOUCHER CODE?
Enter your valid voucher code in the ENTER PROMO CODE field which is situated in the top right of the basket page and click APPLY. This will apply the relevant saving to your order.
- All discounts and voucher codes are applicable to full priced items only unless otherwise stated.
- Discount and voucher codes cannot be used on items that are already on promotion including items that have a gift with purchase, are already discounted, or are product bundles.
- All discounts and voucher codes are applied to product prices only.
- To qualify for free shipping, the total product price must meet or exceed the free shipping threshold after the discount code has been applied.
- Discount and voucher codes cannot be retrospectively applied to orders.
- Discounts and vouchers can only apply to in-stock items and cannot be retrospectively applied to an out-of-stock item when that item comes back into stock if the code has expired.
- Voucher codes that have expired cannot be applied to orders.
- Only one voucher code can be applied to any one order.
- Voucher code offers cannot be combined with any other type of promotion, discount or offer.
- We will not price match online ecommerce market place stores including but not limited to Groupon, eBay, Amazon Marketplace, Wowcher, Living Social and Deal Clipper.
MY NEWSLETTER SIGN UP VOUCHER CODE HASN’T ARRIVED
After entering your correct email address to sign up for the newsletter, please make sure you click the confirm subscription link in the email you receive. You will then be sent a further email that contains your unique, single-use email sign up voucher code. Please check your junk or spam folders just in case the email has found its way there. The sign up and confirmation emails can take a few minutes to arrive.
CHECKOUT & ORDER PROCESSING
To save you time, we've made our checkout process efficient and easy to complete. Just follow the prompts in the simple checkout process.
- Step 1: You will be asked to fill in your shipping information.
- Step 2: Add your billing address if different from your shipping address. Otherwise just leave it checked as SAME.
- Step 3: Fill in your payment card information or proceed to PayPal or Klarna.
Prior to clicking the “PROCESS ORDER” button, please confirm that you have entered all of the correct information for your order including: the billing and shipping information, your total order amount, shipping costs, promotional discounts
The final total that will be charged to your payment card will appear on the bottom of the page. When you have confirmed that all of the information on this page is correct, click on the PLACE ORDER button next to your order total. You will receive an order confirmation by email both when your order is received as well as when your order is shipped.
