INGREDIENTS

For the frappé

  • 150 ml cold coffee
  • 125 ml cooled nut milk (e.g. cashew)
  • 1 tsp. (heaped) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp. peanut butter
  • 1 small banana
  • 200 g ice cubes

For the decoration

  • Ice cubes for the glasses
  • 2 tsp. cocoa nibs

Preparation

  1. Weigh and measure all the ingredients, prepare them and place them ready.
  2. Peel the banana and coarsely chop.
  3. Add the ingredients to the blender jar in the following order: coffee, nut milk, cocoa, maple syrup, peanut butter, banana, ice cubes.
  4. Select the Cocktail setting and press the button to run the program. Or blend manually to achieve the desired consistency.
  5. Once the program has finished, remove the lid and pour the frappé into glasses filled with ice cubes. Sprinkle with cocoa nibs and enjoy with a straw (if desired).
