Description
A design piece for daily use: The premium kettle in modern ZWILLING design with heat insulation. The dual-wall body also keeps heat inside the 1850 watt kettle longer while keeping the outside cool to the touch. Moreover, the lid opens to a maximum of 70 degrees to prevent direct contact with hot steam. The seamless, 1.5 l stainless steel container is also extremely easy to clean and the built-in limescale filter – also partially made with stainless steel – ensures better flavour. The snug-fit filter also seals the spout when the lid is closed, thereby keeping spillage to an absolute minimum even when the kettle is accidentally knocked. An additional safety feature is the built-in dry boil and overheating protection that automatically switches off the kettle to prevent damage to the heating element. Removing the kettle from the docking station also automatically switches it off. The docking station with cord wrap also facilitates easy storage.

Minimalist style, good functionality
Bought this kettle because my glass kettle was cracked and damaged.
I really liked the style and the functionality of this one.
Took a lot time to get the product due to inventory issues. First order was cancelled after waiting for 4 weeks so I had to reorder from another store.
First impressions:
Boils water quietly, fast and the outer layer stays at a safe temperature for handling.
Cleans easily.
Good construction quality.
Will be looking to see if it is reliable.

Safety Concern with Bottle Function
Purchased this kettle to replace a great quality multi-temp I already had expressly for the baby bottle function for my newborn. Several times now the water came out dangerously hot. This happens at random. Contacted Zwilling for warranty support and was advised to either travel 2+ hours to my nearest Zwilling store location or ship it back and wait for up to 12 weeks. This effectively renders a $250 kettle useless as I would need to buy a replacement to use in the meantime or find the time to spend an entire day driving to their location with a newborn. Unbelievable response to a major safety concern.

Water spills after pour
The kettle does the job boiling the water. I didn't like how an expensive kettle can have hot water spill/drip out after each pour, making a clean up job on the counter, the base of the kettle and the side of kettle every time.

The kettle starts rusting inside after 3 months
I bought this Enfinigy Electric Kettle Pro in Nov 2021 & started using it just before Xmas. I just noticed it started rusting inside at the bottom. Very disappointed with the quality! Will it cover under the warranty?

Broken Kettle, terrible company
Stay away from Zwilling products. They'll sell you defective items then make you pay for replacements that are also broken. Not to mention ghost you for months over email. I've lost over $200 and I'm never touching another Zwilling product again.

This kettle exceeded my expectations
It’s taken me a a lifetime to find the perfect kettle but it’s finally arrived. The most important aspect is that this kettle doesn’t rust. The last 3 kettles that I had rusted on the bottom! The ZWILLING kettle has a large capacity 1.5 L. Heats up hot and fast and it is truly remarkable how long it stays hot without having to reheat! Lastly would like to point out the 5 year warranty which is a game changer and another reason to purchase the ZWILLING Enfinigy Cool Touch 1.5-Liter Electric Kettle.

So far so good
You can’t see the buttons unless you touch the power button. You have to have a tiny bit of patience to hold your finger on the button for just over a second for the panel to light up. You can’t see the water level in the kettle unless you open the lid and peer in. Otherwise, super clean look, sleek and easy to clean. All functions work well. The bottle warm and sanitize features make me want to give this as a gift to new parents. Really quiet. I recommend this product as long as you can wait the one second to touch and hold the “on” button, without a coffee in your system.

We are quite happy with the Zwilling Enginigy 1.5 Lt Kettle. I would have given 4.5 out of 5 but this option wasn't available. It boils the water quickly, it is elegant, and it delivers what was promised (e.g. wouldn't burn yourself when filling it again). Also a perk, you can see the temperature of the water in the kettle. As most products, there are some opportunities for improvement.
1. In Canada, it would be great to have C degrees rather than F degrees.
2. Maybe on the next iteration, an indicator of how much water in it can be included. One can easily identify when you pick it up but wouldn't it be nice to have small indicator showing the estimate amount of water in it.

Excellent quality and looks great
I saw this kettle on a product review on a television show and wanted to investigate further. I liked the look and features of the product, and the colour!
So far it's a great kettle, so much quieter than my previous one, works very quickly and I like the different settings. Interior is very clean looking, more expensive than a regular kettle but very pleased so far with my purchase.

Beautiful but beware of prints
This kettle is beautiful! Sleek and looks really nice on the counter!
Love that you can put a baby bottle in there to warm it up or sterilize it!
The only thing I’m not a fan of is the shiny top of the kettle and the “keypad” however you call it. It picks up fingerprint like crazy and you gotta constantly wipe it.
Otherwise beautiful kettle!

Beautiful Design!
This kettle is pricey, but it immediately caught our eye when we saw it in store.
There are options to heat to five different temperatures, as well as a thirty minute ‘Keep Warm’ function.
It has a large, open reservoir for that allows for easy cleaning, and also gives you the option of heating baby food or using it for sterilization.
Extra cord storage is provided in the base, which helps keep your countertop neat and uncluttered.

Was amazing until it wasn't.
We bought this kettle less than a year ago (late November 2021) and were so excited to use it. It was quiet, fast, and made perfect tea!
Despite taking good care of it and ensuring it was dry when not in use, rust developed around the sensor and it no longer works. At all. The base functions and turns on, but it is incapable of heating up any water or functioning in any way.
This is really disappointing, as we splurged on this and had been looking forward to using it for a long time to come.
All of our pots and pans and other products are Zwilling, which we love, hence our excitement to buy this electric kettle. It's frustrating that less than a year later it no longer works. I wouldn't recommend this.

Good design kattle but quality is not sure
We did buy the kattle and used few month but sudden stop boiling . And so we requested exchange & today recieved new product. It takes about 5month...
we are not sure the quality. Because we paid over $200 but it's not really meet our expectation... feels like,, no different $40 kattles on amazon.... and nearly 5 month take for exchange. Lets see how the exchanged kattle will be working... but affriad if its sudden stop again. So i can truly give 3 stars ... but good thing is its really fancy design.

Nice kettle
The kettle is a great size. Looks lovely on the counter and doesn’t look bulky or take up much space. Heats very quickly and the water is a great temperature. Nice that the inside it all metal and easy to clean, no long conductive bars. Just one critic, it would be great if the lid opened a bit wider.

working but not exactly like how it advertises
It seems to be working as it should except there is a component that underwhelms my expectation. It does not hold the temperature for 30 minutes at 212 Fahrenheit. It hold less than 5 minutes, which helps me to think that a competitor’s product might have been a better choice.

This stylish kettle boils water quickly. The outside is not hot-to-the-touch after heating water, but it is not room-temperature cool. We chose the silver finish...be aware that the silver colour matches other Zwilling products, but it probably does not perfectly match the silver finish of products from different brands. If you are looking to colour-coordinate appliances of differing brands, black may be a better choice. The five-year warranty reassures me that this product will be last a long time.

Surprised to see rust (!) at bottom after only 3 days from taking it out of the box, and only 6 times boiling water! Nice design and enjoying the extra functions but so disappointed in quality . Trying to return product.

Stylish and effective
Having burned out my longstanding kettle I was looking at various options and decided I wanted a variable temperature kettle so that I could probably enjoy tea making. I’ve researched many different options (brands/styles/reviews) and choose this model from Zwilling. It may be more costly than many, but few have a 5 year warranty. It’s also got to be one of the most stylish and ergonomic. Very glad with my choice. Looks and feels the quality product that I have been after.

Broke in 2 months
The kettle stopped working in 2 months and my warranty claim submission has been ignored for 2 weeks and counting.

I bought this kettle 1.5 weeks ago and it now won’t turn on. I’ve wiped with lint free cloth on bottom of kettle, base unit top and bottom but nothing. Sometimes it will beep once then turn off. What troubleshooting can I do before returning for refund
